Preventative Maintenance Plan (Ultimate Savings program)

Air Experts USA will keep your HVAC operating at full capacity and will offer insight and solutions to keep your unit properly maintained between visits. Our ‘Ultimate Savings Maintenance Program' can provide low-cost preventive maintenance with an extended labor warranty for 1 or 3 year terms. 

Participating members receive priority scheduling, 15% off all repairs (excluding diagnostic charge), and no overtime charges. Routine inspection and maintenance is performed per year that includes 2 inspections at approximately 6-month intervals.

COOLING CHECK  

 The inspection and maintenance as part of the membership includes: 

• CHECK & CLEAN CONDENSER COIL
• CHECK & CLEAN EVAPORATOR COIL
• CHECK & CLEAN CONDENSATE DRAIN
• CHECK ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
• CHECK MOTOR(s) VOLTAGE & AMPERAGE
• CHECK THERMOSTAT OPERATION
• CHECK REFRIGERANT PRESSURES
• LUBRICATE MOTOR(s) & BEARINGS

HEATING CHECK

The inspection and maintenance as part of the membership includes: 

• CHECK SAFETY CONTROLS
• CHECK GAS PRESSURE
• INSPECT ELECTRIC HEATING ELEMENTS
• CHECK ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
• CHECK MOTOR(s) VOLTAGE & AMPERAGE
• CHECK THERMOSTAT OPERATION
• LUBRICATE MOTOR(s) & BEARINGS
